- We are open at the hours listed above; however, if the County Offices building is closed, we will also be closed.
- Appointments are not required to visit but are encouraged as they allow us to serve you more efficiently.
- Our office is located in the basement of the Millard Oakley County Services building between Broad St. and Main St. (almost in the center of Livingston).
